Once again visionaries can see through what the repercussion of this bankrupt NRM/ Museveni policy would be on the people of Uganda in the near future.
Museveni's NRM policies might lead to unnecessary hatred and ill feeling between the Bahima and the Baheru on one hand, and the Bahima and the rest of Ugandan Tribes...... especially given what Museveni's dictatorship (seen in the eyes of the Uneducated peasant Ugandans as the Bahimas) doing in Northern Uganda.
Museveni seems to have forgotten (very quickly if I might add) the HUTU/ Tutis politics in Both Rwanda and Burundi. The injustice done on the Hutus 400 years ago still has an impact of the Burundi Rwanda politics of today.

MBARARA - A University don here has accused President Yoweri Museveni of alleged double standards.
âMuseveni degazetted part of Lake Mburo National Park and resettled there Bahima that came from Luwero after the war, but sent away Bakiga who had settled in Mpokya game reserve,â Father Adrian Mwesigye said at a one-day seminar at Mbarara Catholic Social Centre on Thursday.
It was organised by the Foundation for African Development (FAD).Mwesigye is a lecturer and chaplain at Mbarara University of Science and Technology.
âAs we speak now the Bakiga, displaced from Kibaale district, have spent more than four months at Lugogo Cricket Ground in Kampala,â he said.
Mwesigye said that when Museveniâs government came to power, it enacted a law against sectarianism but that the president is the same person practicing it.
âThe Bahima who invaded Teso wetlands are still thereâAre Bakiga not Ugandans?â the Catholic father asked, provoking applause from the participants, mainly from Mbarara and Bushenyi districts.
