In politics , as one of my professors of Political Science use to say, if say there is an issue for which you decision is required. There are three and only three ways one can respond.
a) Make a positive move
b) Make a negative move
c) Make no move at all.
a combination of a) and b) is consider (+/-) which cancels out to a (c)...but a move one must make!!!
Let us now say the issue is about your stand regarding Yoweri Museveni's Third term in Uganda.
One can:
a) agree that Museveni should have a term term
b) Disagree andf say Museveni should not have a third term
or
c) say nothing at all.
all of the three moves are political decisions for which there are political consequencies
