How about exporting kimansulo to Iraq
Lets Chat with David Kibirige

Uganda is one of the few African countries considered for the lucrative reconstruction of Iraq.

Yes we should consider ourselves very lucky people indeed. Britains Tony Blair and the American cowboy Salongo George Walker Bush have locked out German, France, Russian and other rich countries, which did not support invading Iraq to oust Saddam Hussein.

We should praise President Yoweri Museveni who gave the US support going to the extent of committing the battle hardened UPDF to fight Saddam. Yes it is now is the time to reap.

After making a feasibility study I found that we have slim chances of winning tenders to set up buildings let alone reconstruct roads.

Ugandan companies are known for carrying out shoddy works when it comes to construction.

Several UPE buildings have collapsed and roads can hardly last for a week after repairs. Now, our only hope ladies and gentlemen, is to export kimansulo, the erotic dance that has suddenly hit Kampala pubs.

Now that many moralists in Uganda are against kimansulo it is time to export it and get billions of dollars in return.

No jokes here ladies and gentlemen. Forget all about oil exploration and concentrate on kimansulo.

We all know oil has kisirani jut like diamonds and gold. Any country with these minerals must be involved in wars. So why not avoid war and invest in kimansulo.

Kimansulo is the original thing where we can compete favourably with any country. Actually we could be monopolies.

Some countries are threatening to boycott Agoa products mbu because the girls in the factory are treated like slaves.

Kimansulo has become a very hot issue that even president Museveni has been doing research on the popular dance.

So far he has released the findings of the cause of kimansulo.

A friend in State House was telling me that there is a plan to do research on the origins of the dance after which a bigger paper entitled: Harnessing and Commercialisation of Kimansulo for Export will be released.

For long Iraqis were subjected to inhumane conditions.

I know things like disco dancing, no exposure of body parts and avoiding conversation with strange men are critical issues in Iraq.

For more than twenty years the Iraqis failed to explore the earthly pleasure.
Now that there is freedom there will be millions of them who would like to watch kimansulo.

Uganda should seriously think of academies offering kimansulo courses.

When exported to Iraq we want to give them a real taste of the original kimansulo.
Young boys and girls will get employment and will be earning in dollars.

They will escape the tendencies of most Ugandan employers who are just after exploiting.

My only request is the concerned ministry to write me a cheque for the free advice.

Yes. No more free things in Uganda.
