"Kigongo said that for the last 17 years, the country has made important strides in the areas of building unity, economic recovery and rehabilitation and restoration of the rule of law.

He compared the ongoing transition to multiparty politics to buying a new shirt."

Fellow Citizens:

Our learnt friend is actually convinced that the country has made quote "important strides in the areas of Unity" This fellow must be suffering from altheimers disease if he still believes Uganda under the NRM's 17 Years of Misrule. has achieve unity!

The fact of the matter is that Ugandans are  more divided (along tribal lines) more ever then before. You have the Bairu vis the Bahima's, Lango vis Acholi, Karamojong Vis Teso or Teso vis Acholi or Acholi vis Lango, Buganda vis Bunyoro and so on. This is the reality of today's Uganda.

Speaking of economic recovery ...I see massive unemployments among Ugandans ... from Luwero to Masaka, Kampala  to Mbarara.  ..and in the Northern and Eastern Uganda , there is nothing but IDP Camps  were tens of thousands are interned right now.

Restoration of the rule of Law... that to is a big joke...as I write NRM is cooking up a plan to subvert the Uganda Constitution to suit NRM's interest with regard to the "Sad Term"... Is this then the rule of Law of which Kigongo speath? I think NOT

Besides, still on the so called "Restoration of the rule of Law", Certain sons of the Soil from Nyakatura are beyond the so called "rule of Law". This sons of the soil may swindle public funds to their satisfaction. The dictatorship in Kampala simply looks the other way.

The bottom line is that we are tired of the likes of Kigongo. They have lost public trust let alone credibility... they are all a bunch of theives Conmen and liars.

Happy New Year Fellow Citizens.
