Any foreign dignitary who would visit the camps, (Luzira, Mbuya, Makindye Barracks), Hiller's SS (Obote’s Henchmen)
made sure, would meet Jews (Baganda) who looked
fattened, healthy, and in clean cloth.
A few selected Jews (Baganda dancers) would put up a performance to the foreign
dignitary which was meant to leave an impression
that the Jews were actually enjoying life in (Luzira, Luwero Triangle and Makindye) concentration camps.
The British/American visitor would leave satisfied that all is well in the Nazi
Concentration camps.(The Buaganda
Kingdom) We now know that after the allies (NRA) liberated Germany, Poland (Uganda)e.t.c the true suffering of the Jews(Baganda) has came to

The moral here is that Military dictatorship such as that of Yoweeri Museveni
have perfected the act of deception and taken it to the highest level.
That said, merely allowing Dr. Rwanyarare and Mr. Okumu to quote" insult
and tell lies on your President" does not and cannot be misconstrued to
imply that there is political freedom in Uganda.
The reality is that the fundamental Human Rights of our
fellow citizens to freely
associate with a view to impart or receive ideas
under the setting of a political party has been legally restricted for now 18
years under NRM Military dictatorship.
Under this circumstance, the NRM has continuously proclaimed
to the world
and to Ugandans that the UPC and other political
parties are NOT popular.

was when last your were in Uganda). Therefore you think that, that is what
is going on in Uganda today. In the Uganda of today poeple can openly
profess their political affiliations without fear. Unlike in your time (when
UPC was in power), there is rule of law in Uganda and when people go against
the law they are arrested and charged (unlike in your time when they were
summarily executed or imprisoned without trial). I guess the term "rule of
law" is strange to you. Right now in Uganda there is freedom of political
_expression_. Right now Uganda is under the movement system of government and
the constitution clearly stipulates the acceptable political space under
such a system. If and when the multiparty system is adopted as stipulated in
the constitution, then the requsite or correponding political space will be
triggered. All that is going on Uganda is constitutional, but then again you
are not used to operating under constitutions, are you?
