I don't think UPDF has a monopoly in east africa (or for that matter the world) on courmaflage uniforms. Musaazi, base on your observation above,  was it therefore possible that Museveni's Kadogo and NRA guerillas,  during the  Luwero War , were able to obtain UNLA army  Uniforms? ..and that they would  Use this army uniforms to murder citizens  in Luwero and claim that it was the UNLA  which  did the dirty did? Please when you critisize have your facts at hand. Whenever i critisize i always make sure i have my facts at hand and if need be i can produce them.
