I am 99% certain that you are a LRA sympathiser and i am also convinced that 
you and UPC have contacts with LRA and give them support morally and 
otherwise. You have never condemed there activities on this forum which can 
be implied that you support them. You regularly claim that Kony deos not 
exist and that Kony is UPDF yet in the same breath and on this same forum 
you suggest that the international community should mediate between the LRA 
and the government in a third country as way of ending the conflict. That 
tells me two things 1) You know Kony and LRA exist 2) You are indirectly 
representing there interests through your party's (UPC) machinery and 3) The 
LRA is part and parcel of UPC. It wont take long for the link to be 
established it is a matter of time. Already the UPC is basically a terrorist 
organization, since its leader (Obote) is considered a fugitive by the 
international community (go to Human Rights Watch website for details). 
Matek there is an african saying that goes thus: When you bend down to look 
at someones anus, someone is also behind you looking at yours. Cheers.
