You must remember (I hope you do) that during both the 1996 and 2001 presidential campaigns, the LRA ceased hostilities and urged people to vote against Museveni, in which case they would come out of the bush. The question is: why? You and I may argue over whether they would have kept their promise, but at least they made the undertaking. It makes simple-minded people such as myself entertain the hope that, once Museveni is gone, chances are that the war will end, just like that. Otherwise why is it that each time Museveni brags about killing and defeating the 'bandits', brutal attacks such as the Barlonyo ones happen? I guess that it is one way Kony demonstrates that Museveni is talking rubbish. I can't vouch for Kony's (or even Museveni's) sanity. However, how someone insane could plan and execute military operations with such devastating effects is a wonder; isn't it? Only God will save Uganda? No, man; as its said God helps t
