Congratulations to soon-to-be Doctor Muyingo.

But what caught my attention is the funny English world.

Check this out: Prime Minister Prof. Apollo Nsibambi will preside over the ceremony where 3,750 students will pass out.

I do not blame those who heard on the radio that Major had taken over from Thatcher, what might have gone through their minds was that there is a coup in England.

It is my hope we have a few more Doctors attending the ceremony to witness the passing out!

ESK
