That is one of the reasons why they are lowly promoted. They are kept in low ranks in the army in order to get them on the front lines.
What percentage of the overall top/leaders in UPDF are Baganda?? I trust they are below 7% and yet there are many in low ranks who serve the front lines as sacrifices!
