I want you to seriously educate me about the percentage of Baganda promotions in the UPDF. I want you to educate me about the rankings in the army starting from; majors, captains, Lt. connels, connels, Lt. generals, generals, afandes, kadogos (child soldiers), etc. I have no problem with learning if there is a well informed person like you who can teach me. I'm waiting for the lessons.
