I think I gave you this advice sometime back but let me repeat it for your benefit. Since you seem to have so much time on your hands, instead of wasting it distributing all kinds of questionable articles on tens of forums, you could spend some of it studying what federalism is all about. You could begin with the home-grown www.federo.com where a proposal specifically for federalism in Uganda can be found. After you have sufficiently educated yourself about the subject, you can then come back and if need be oppose federalism, but from an enlightened viewpoint. Your usual 'federalism/federalists will destroy the nation' without giving any grounds for this just doesn't cut it and is increasingly becoming boring and a source of embarrassment for the whole communications gang.

Kasangwawo
Do not bother about any thing but this, Uganda as a nation will survive however much Federalists try to destroy it. That is a statement curved in a stone.
