Meanwhile, former ESO boss, David Pulkol, sees nothing wrong with reinstating of the Buganda government with the Kabaka as the head. Speaking on Monitor FM, he asked why the Kabaka should not have power when he is the head of the 52 Baganda clans. However, he warned that this should not tempt the Kabaka to claim power over the whole of Uganda.
He added that the CA clearly stipulated how Buganda matters should be handled. Therefore, the government delay to implement and the president's statement that he is the one with the ability to solve them, is wrong.
