KAMPALA � The Uganda People�s Congress (UPC) has hailed the Democratic Party president, Dr. Paul Ssemo-gerere, for his decision to relinquish the party seat. UPC presidential policy commission chairman Dr. James Rwanyarare yesterday said, it was okay for Ssemogerere to retire since he had served the party diligently for a long time.
