This so called PRA or ADF "rebels" are never seen. Apparently Monuc has now establish some links with somebody or groups of persons who claim to be a "rebel representative" the media, and therefore members of the public , have no way to see even mere pictures of the the so called "rebels" . I pretty much buy Bwesigye argument that PRA is a creation of Museveni!..

Uganda's deputy Chief of Military Intelligence Lt. Col. James Mugira represented the UPDF while the DRC was represented by its deputy Chief of Military Intelligence, Col. Jean Pierre Molondo.
Field commanders have also resolved to meet regularly in order to promote the exchange of intelligence on the common enemy, the communiqu said.
"MONUC re-affirmed its commitment to support the bilateral arrangement," said the two-page statement.
The meeting resolved to address immigration concerns and share intelligence as a confidence-building measure.

On whether the ADF rebels remnants might respond to the amnesty, the head of delegation said MONUC was planning to meet the rebels on November 26.
Mugira dismissed media reports that the DRC-based ADF and PRA remnants had links with Sudan.
