Rwandan troops could be in Democratic Republic of Congo �right now� to track down the extremists responsible for the 1994 genocide hiding in the forest in the east of the neighbouring country, Rwanda�s President Paul Kagame has told the Kigali senate. �Each time, the United Nations and the international community fail to disarm the Interahamwe and the ex FAR (the former Rwandan army: and so we will do it ourselves. It will not take a long time, it may already be happening,� he said. Meanwhile new reports of Rwandan troops around Goma, capital of North Kivu, continue to arrive. Local government sources contacted by MISNA report that over 10.000 men including Rwandan soldiers and their allies are already in the area of Rutshuru.
