Lubaga North MP, Mr Tom Kayongo and Mbale Minucipality MP, Mr Wanjusi Wasieba, will be awarded diplomas during the second graduation ceremony of Kampala University on December 2. The University Vice Chancellor, Prof. Badru Katerega, said the two legislators would be awarded diplomas in public administration the ceremony at Ggaba campus. �Tom Kayongo and Wasieba are among the 265 students to graduate this Thursday. The number has almost doubled compared to last year�s,� Katerega told journalists at the university�s Ggaba main campus on Monday.
