I dont understand your accusation to Mr. Potoso. The death announcements have appeared to news papers and radios, therefore public information. What privacy did Potoso broke? May be there is something I dont understand. Read below this news bulletin, especially the sentence " ... courtesy announcements are so much incouraged......"

On Monday, December 20, 2004, at approximately 6 p.m., officers from 54 Division responded to an emergency call for the sound of gunshots on the fifth floor of 100 Leeward Glenway.
Arriving officers found the lifeless body of Harrison Yiga, 20. He appeared to be suffering from gunshot wounds.
A post-mortem examination is scheduled for Wednesday, December 22, 2004.
Homicide investigators are seeking help from the community in identifying the movements of Harrison Yiga on Monday, December 20, 2004.
The mobile community station will be in the area of 100 Leeward Glenway today and the community is invited to speak with the officers regarding information regarding this homicide.
Anyone with information about this shooting or the persons responsible is asked to contact the Homicide Squad at 416-808-7400 or Crime Stoppers at 416-222-TIPS (8477).
