The United Nations, the Norwegian government, the Netherlands and the British government are some of the sponsors of the talks.
The agreement

One cannot trust any talks in which the British Government is involved. The Brits are pretty much a double mouth snake. The Brits have been the very party which have  constantly  promoted  the war in Northern Uganda by rendering unwaivering Military and diplomatic support to NRM military dictatorship. As for the Norwegians, citizens, you heard what the Norwergian Ambassoder stated recently...some thing to the effect that Norway does not care about Museveni move to seek the so called  third term....that is to say Norway does not really care about Museveni's policy of promoting wars in Uganda. And if Museveni is given more years to promote wars in the great lakes region of Africa, then so be it.  ..and now it is the some norway turning around and trying to initiate talks with the "rebels"...can the real Norway stand up and let us know it's position as it pertains to Yoweri Museveni of Uganda?
