This "PRA" is another Gimmick invented by Museveni and the NRM to harash and intimidate NRM political opponents. The idea here is that once you begin to label members of bonafi political parties as "terrorist", "Guerillas",MUPINGAMUZI,ADUI these members of the opposition , because of the fear factor, are pretty much render useless. Indeed who wnat to end up in Luzira charged with " treason"? Nobody I tell you that is for sure. and so Museveni gets his Third term "unoppossed. What an Ingenuis political move by the bold headed one!!!

The government should initiate peace talks with the People's Redemption Army (PRA) rebels to prevent any conflicts that may erupt, Action Party (AP) Treasurer, Mr Joshua Byaruhanga has said.
"The government has always reported existence of PRA rebels in the country. However it has remained reluctant to initiate peace talks with them before they also launch serious attacks," Byaruhanga said.
He was on Tuesday addressing a press conference at Yovani Hotel on Namirembe Road in Kampala. He saidsince the government has tried to have peace talks with LRA rebels, the same should be done with PRA
