Fellow Citizens:
Behold kaguta has come up with yet another proposal for "peace jokes" to Kony . Why can't kaguta simply shove his peace jokes in his part of anatomy were the sun does not shine!!!.. Surely ,ugandans and members of the International commuinty cannot begin to take Museveni's utterences seriously... the man told us, point blank , that he is going to use his UPDF Army to continue the fight with "KONY Rebels" . Ugandans howvever, are getting tired of museveni's policies of fighting wars. Many of our citizens as suffering in camps...many more have met their death as a result of Museveni war mongering polcivies for now 20 years. DO NOT bloody push the people of Uganda to the wall!!!! get my drift?

President Yoweri Museveni has declared another 18-day ceasefire for the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) rebels to facilitate peace talks to end the northern rebellion.
The announcement comes 34 days after the Uganda Peoples' Defence Forces (UPDF) resumed military operations against the LRA following the collapsed talks in December.

The head of the government peace team and Minister of Internal Affairs, Dr Ruhakana Rugunda, said the new ceasefire declaration reflects the government's interest in peace.
"The declaration of the 18-day ceasefire is a clear indication that the President or the government is committed to ending this 18-year old war peacefully," Rugunda said by telephone yesterday.
The UPDF 5th Division Spokesman in Kitgum, Lt. Martin Nsengiyunva, said his Division had already received the President's orders and would start observing the ceasefire effective today.
The 18 days, according to Nsengiyunva, would give the LRA chance to meet the chief negotiator, Ms Betty Bigombe, to resume the peace process.
He said the ceasefire zone stretches from north of Apyeta bridge in Palabek Kal in Kitgum district up to the Sudan border.
It is mainly in the same zone where Bigombe and Rugunda's team met with the LRA in December before the peace talks collapsed.
