Koreta Appeals to Envoys On Army

MAJOR General Ivan Koreta has asked Ugandan envoys attached to foreign missions to support the army.
The commandant of the senior officer Staff College, Kimaka in Jinja, said the college, established to enhance senior officers' art of war, needed support in form of capacity building.
"The institution was established recently. Like any other young institution we are haunted by challenges including an ill-equipped library. We still need human resource personnel," Koreta said
