The UPDF are the very culprits burning the camps.....why then is this woman craging the some UPDF with protecting citizens from FIRE set by the UPDF???

Victims of a fire that destroyed huts and property in Acet internally displaced people's camp have received non-food relief from state minister for security Betty Akech Okullo.
The donation, which included bales of blankets, plastic plates, cups and money was handed over to the victims on Friday at the camp in Odek sub-county, Omoro county in Gulu district.
