Only last week they went amok at Katikati (between Lacor and Lukwiyakare a.k.a St. Mary�s) and slained people with Pangas. Is the delegation saying, � The killing at Katikati was bad.but, we should blame both side�? . I am not so much on the clear as to what the LRA would be tried for. I have always thought they were to be tried for crimes committed on Ugandan civil population. NOT FOR FIGHTING THE UPDF. Secondly, the crimes were not only committed on Acoli.
