Interesting..But then the US and Britain gave Museveni the funds ( in form of the so called Development aid) which funds was diverted by the regime in Kampala to buy weapons , build a huge army , and fighting a 20 year war with "kony" in northern Uganda. ..In the meantime our people continue to suffer as a result of Museveni's wars in the North.

THE US ambassador, Jimmy Kolker, has reiterated the urgency to end the 19-year-long LRA insurgency so as to end the human tragedy of the people of northern Uganda.
Kolker said this while opening a photo exhibition on the crisis at the Garden City Exhibition Hall on Wednesday.

"Stories are at times difficult to tell. This exhibition provides a chance to the public to know the suffering in northern Uganda. We should bring to an end this misery," he said.
The five-day exhibition entitled "The Human Tragedy of Northern Uganda" was documented by Ugandan photojournalist Henry bongyereirwe and his american counterparts Rick D'Elia and Vanessa Vick.
