I have been on this computer now for over three hours and I have just received a note (automatic dialer) that my mail is bouncing and I am disconnected from Ugandanet. This happens regularly and I am forced to reconnect. I suspect that, unfortunately, some postings from ugandanet do not reach me.
Something is definitely wrong on that side as my inbox is all clear.
