That is the Environment in which Northern Ugandans have to live, under dictator Yoweri Museveni's British supported regime!!! Ugandans live in constant fear of their lives. Museveni now claims he is ready to fight even more "rebels" in Western Uganda ( the so called Allied Democratic Forces or ADF Rebels). Another rebel group which he wants to fight is apparently called People Redemption Army in West Nile region of Uganda. Add this to the cattle rustler in Eastern Uganda which his regime has been fighting for now close to 20 years...then you get a full picture of the sufferings we have to go through because of this mad man!!
