What is reported here are actually part of the long over due
peace dividends that Ugandans have continued to enjoy over
the last 20 plus years.
Since the Mapingamizzus were thoroughly defeated all of
us have been having sound sleep and what is happening now
is just a nightmare that we may not have shaken off our vivid
memories.
