Kiggundu shifting blame
It's a pity to see that Eng. Badru Kiggundu can even begin blaming Dr Kizza Besigye for touching elections materials, when in Mukono up to Monday in just Mukono North constituency the ballot boxes were being brought to the centre by boda boda men without any escort, and the electoral commission officials witnessed all these but instead went ahead and announced the winner.
How many irregularities can we mention which marred these elections, some even being committed by electoral commission officials themselves?
Let Kiggundu first blame his officials first before turning to Besigye who was behaving as a responsible Ugandan.
In fact what he did was right as a person who was more concerned with the process, because leaving the boxes unsealed was tantamount to a serious electoral breach; no wonder that in some polling stations there was stuffing of ballots, and with unsealed boxes, what a simple job it wo uld be!
Let Kiggundu have some little fairness though he had openly showed unfairness in the whole process instead of exonerating the incompetence's of him and the officials he worked with by apportioning blame to responsible Ugandans.
