I think the focus should be and remain the FDC political move and agitations to see meaningful change in the country. Accelerating the FDC political tempo should be and remain the main and more forced strategy.
 
That the Katumbas love to instead talk about Kony is too a strategy to hoodwink the wananchi.

General Katumba should be reminded that the issue at hand is NOT when or how long it will take the UPDF to defeat "kony Rebels";
 
Rather the issue is: at what cost to the People of Uganda , in terms of Human Suffering , death and destructions of property, can General Katumba's UPDF and Museveni take in a move to  "defeat Kony"? That is the issue at hand. Must the people of Uganda die at the tune of  4,000 month in the camps, bare unspeakab le suffering, walk naked, eat nothing but leafs  for close to 20 years..so that Museveni and his UPDF can defeat Kony.
 
Citizens, even Yoweri Museveni's friends in the WEST, now realize that Museveni and his UPDF cannot defeat "kony Rebels" militarily in twenty years of fighting. they probably do realize that oin another five to ten years ..still Museveni and his UPDf cannot defeat "kony Rebels"..and that the only weapon the UPDF has deployed against "kony Rebels" is none other then propaganda warfare.
 
That said, Must the people of Uganda wait for another 20 years for Museveni to defeat
"kony rebels" before total peace return to our people now living a very miserable live in the camps of Eastern and Northern Uganda?
