Rice urging others to enforce U.N. curbs

AP - 1 hour, 29 minutes ago
WASHINGTON - Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice launched an uncertain diplomatic drive Tuesday to persuade Asian allies and Russia to intensify North Korea's isolation, even as the White House acknowledged that the reclusive nation might try a second nuclear test. Rice left for Japan, the first stop on a four-nation trip, amid clear signs of unease in China and South Korea about even the softened sanctions approved last weekend by the U.N. Security Council.

The question is: who is going to bell the cat? Who is  going to take on the North Korean "Dear leader"..now armed with the big one!!  ..is in Nuclear Weapons?

The answer..the honest answer  is no body..people will just be making noise arround the peripheral like a dog on you know what..nobody dare approach 'dear leader"!!

The bigger issue, however, which is of prime concerned to many citizens of the world is that,  pressed between the rock  and a hard place, and for a fee  "dear leader" might decide to distribute the HOW TO MANUAL  to many terrible elements who would love to lay their hands on such secrets ... that is the danger!!!..and how does one contain that?
