Another No brainier!

Fellow citizens:
One cannot expect the rebels to continue gathering in the
said gathering point  as called for by the temporary ceasefire
agreement signed between the dictatorship in Kampala and
the LRA.

Indeed if and when in fact the rebels are being threatened by
the imminent  UPDF assault, why should they then gather in the
 said assembly point?

Like we have pointed out, the NRM military dictatorship lacks
CREDIBILITY..that means it is very difficult to ascertain what
the movement is telling you.. it is very difficult to know as to
whether what the movement is telling the World /LRA  is either
 the truth or a lie!

It is therefore but a prudent measure on the part of the LRA, to desist
from assembling in the so called "assembly point" in  Southern Sudan.
That is called smart move!!

Seeking Uganda's mysterious rebels
By Jonah Fisher
BBC News, Juba, southern Sudan

LRA fighters walking through the bush
The rebels returned to the bush where they have hid for 20 years
Owiny Ki-Bul is a small hamlet of mud huts flanked by a rusting British army bridge and a dirt airstrip near Sudan's border with Uganda.
Last month, the village suddenly became a busy base heaving with Ugandan rebel fighters in their trademark rubber boots.
Then, just as quickly, Owiny Ki-Bul emptied once more.
The Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) rebels melted back into the bush, saying the Ugandan army was preparing to attack them.
Their brief appearance had raised hopes of an end to nearly 20 years of war, as it was part of a truce signed by the LRA and the government.
Under that agreement, the rebels were supposed to gather at two assembly points in southern Sudan.
One of those sites was Owiny Ki-Bul.
