Ugandans have every right to access their national treasury, to get funding
from the government.
Oppositions all over democratic nations get financial support from their
government. To claim that opposition leaders like Dr. Besigye should not have
any government funding dish to him is itself idiocy. Isn't it the government of
Uganda paying salaries of opposition MPs in parliament? If you don't know how
government works, I suggest you shut up. Government collect taxes from wananchi
including Dr. Besigye! So, he has every right to be financed by that
government. This does not mean his party and that of the NRA/M see eye to eye
on things political ideology. The FDC has called for political reformation; the
NRA/M has resisted it! That itself is an ideological differences.
So, get to know what government is, or just shut up.
