For these economic buffoons, who would rather, wananchi taxes be for financing
government officials' lavish lifestyle, like Mu7 sending her daughter to give
birth to her baby in a hospital abroad, yet in a private jet bought using
wananchi tax money, while the economy auctioned to the Kanathans, I say the
time is coming when they must be reckoned with without mincing words!
In economy like that of Uganda, where wananchi are dirt poor, and cannot
marchal their meager incomes to lay down a concrete foundation for economic
development, it is the responsibility of the state to mobilize its nation's
resources to bring about economic development!!
The buffoons in the NRA/M however, due to glaring lack of knowledge in how
the country' economy can be moved one step forward, have for the last 21 years
been looting the country resources including peoples' taxes for their own
consumptions, while purchasing arms and ammunitions to use on wananchi who may
question such glaring stupidity.
Foreign investors, whose goals are to rake profits and repatriate it to their
country of origins, cannot bring about economic growth in countries like
Uganda, where all systems don't work, and wananchi are still pure illiterates!!
Isn't the illiteracy and poverty of the population of Zimbabwe, in large scale
agricultural operations, the reason the economy of the country collapsed after
the so called whites' large scale farmers were booted out??
Roger Matakas of Uganda need must stop insulting the intelligent of Ugandans.
Why did Abbey leave Uganda for greener pasture in London England?? Because in
London there are foreign investors?? Were the so called foreign investors
behind the industrial revolution of the 1700s Britain?? Even the American
invadors who ended up liquidating Native American (Red Indians), cannot be
described as foreign investors!!
Those lazy and brain deads of Uganda cannot and should not have their way. We
want our people behind our economy. Period. Those who would rather stand in the
way, will have to be picked like birds picking their feathers!!
The age of exploitation and destruction of other peoples including their
resources eneded long time ago, with slavery, the industrial revolution; the
exterminations of aborigines in American and Australia.
China, Russia, and Vietnam, among others, demonstrated the path toward
indigenous transformations, to feature prominently in running their economy.
Brain dead like Roger Matakas, who don't understand that the ideological
dispensation propitious for indigenous emancipation, including their economy,
has already been established, would rather give Ugandan tax payers money to the
Kanathans of foreign investors who end up looting the money anyways, since they
don't understand a thing on how economic development can be ushered in!
NO, we cannot let them fools have their way! Period.

Would you tell us what percentage of foreign corporations own enterprises and
control the economy of Dubai? Would you tell us the same of USA and Canada?
What about the UK itself? What about mainland Europe and now Russia? I think
Jean Paul Mivumba, is someone who is living in those old times! You are stuck

that in spite of all the investments in UK and Japan, these countries compete
for investments with the likes of Uganda? Can you mention any country which
will simply refuse foreign investments simply because there are too many
foreigners already? The economy of Uganda outputs something close to 5 billion
dollars annually. Suppose some foreign investor with 20 billion dollars to
invest, decided to set up a string of enterprises in Uganda with a total annual
income of 30 billion dollars. Will Uganda, Kenya or any other African or Asian
country refuse and/or restrict the investments?
Are they going to say: "You see the total investment of Ugandans in the
economy of Uganda is US$ 5b. And you see we don't want to seem as if our
economy is run by foreigners! So please, we can only accept US$ 2b of your
investments. Please kindly take the rest of your investments elsewhere! We
shall contact you when our economy has grown to US$ 30b". Ha! Ha! Ha!

Is that the most dastardly stupid thing I have ever heard or seen? But in
essence this is what Jean Paul Mivumbi is advocating! Doesn't this kind of
attitude and thought process indeed reinforce Dr. Watson's assertions that
indeed Africans are "less intelligent than other races"? In this globalized
world there is nothing like foreigner anymore! If a man comes, does business
in your territory, obeys the laws of the territory and pays taxes that you use
to deliver services to your citizens, that man is effectively a member of your
society! You may not label him a citizen but he is nevertheless one in all but
name! He is simply labeled a taxpayer! That is one of the most important
components of a society! A member of a society who does not contribute to the
upkeep of its institutions is a complete useless member and a parasite! He/She
are worth nothing and automatically lose the right to say anything about the
running of that society! Your importance to a society
is not that you can be counted as a member but it is seen in your positive
contributions to the upkeep of that society! An investor who contributes the
bulk of the resources that are used to support the institutions of a society is
thousands of times worth the useless citizens!
That is why I value a prostitute more than a beggar or thief. The prostitute
is actively involved in the generation of wealth through innovation and hard
work. She is selling an essential service and thereby paying taxes that are
used to support the institutions of the society! In other words a prostitute
is an active player in the marketplace. A beggar is a parasite who reaps where
he has not sown! He is selling neither a service, nor a good! He does not pay
taxes and therefore does not participate in supporting the institutions of
society! A society can decide to execute all its beggars and thieves and there
will be no effect on the market! Why? Because they are useless parasites on
society! A prostitute on the other hand is an investor who has invested time
and energy to deliver a service that many men crave. Therefore the prostitute
is someone who is more valuable to society than all the beggars put together!
In the same way, an investor like MTN is more
valuable to Uganda than 10, 000 Uganda beggars unless you call the beggars
centers of attraction than can earn us money from tourism. In that case the
beggars can be an asset like the animals we have in the park!

he has gone to United States to finalise a land transfer to the Americans to
create a massive military barracks in Uganda. There is a school of thought that
this barracks will be built in Northern Uganda. And that is all we will post
