First of all, the law and constitution of Uganda must be taken into
consideration. Do I not hear Ugandan always calling for actions against
constitutional violation? Do I not hear Ugandan always calling for justice?
Where in the constitution and the Laws of Uganda do we find provisions for MATO
OFUT justice?! Or where do we find concessions for committing gross acts of
atrocity without punitive after play?!
Are there separate laws for respective parts of Uganda even before FEDERO?
Why then do we encourage people to break laws and secularise Ugandan?
WHAT IS HAPPENING IS THAT THE LRA IS DICTATING CONDITIONS!!!
As a matter of fact, I believe the other former LRA commander Opiyos last
week interview in which he said Kony will not come to Uganda. What is being
masquerade as priority resorts just to save the peace process seems to
propitiate the other mystified gangs around Kony who will not sink with the
ship, so to say. They are the ones who will come and live without remorse with
the people.
In fact, they are already living with the people. They are already dictating
the terms of the peace process. They are already campaigning for the ICC
indictment to be dropped. It is them all the way. Not for the people of Uganda
and definitely not for peace! They are campaigning for their own butt!!
For the truth is, the LRA is not in the position to fight Uganda. They have
never been. The ship is sinking with or without the peace talks. A better
preference is for the government to keenly embark on serious repatriation and
security of Ugandan in the crisis zone.
