You claim that had the West intervened in Rwanda we would have not got the
genocide, have you ever heard of the name Gen Delaire? That man is a Canadian
general that was commanding the UN troops in Rwanda. This same General was the
commander of the UN forces that were protecting the Kigali Airport, and he is
he one that instructed the president's air craft to change course and fly into
the air port by the route that the RPF was controlling, which gave them a
chance to shoot it down. Now this man makes a whole lots of conferences and he
talks about the Rwandese genocide. When ever you see him, ask him one question.
Was he working with RPF to send this air craft to them? For it is the shooting
of his air craft that resulted into the genocide. What is it that general
Dalire knows about the Rwandese genocide that he does not state? By the way I
would encourage you to contact H Snow for he has written a whole lot about the
General and his involvement into the creation of the Rwandese genocide.
Now my question to you, is General Dalaire a Western soldier? If so why do you
claim that if the west was involved we would have not got the Rwandese
genocide? By the way have you taken a time to study how Bill Clinton abandoned
the Rwandese to an extent that he had to fly into Kigali and offer an official
apology?
attack the people when you have the facts kindly for the arguments you have
used are simply too loopy to even be worth a response.

She is shinking lower and lower by the day. Begging, instead of thinking, is
what she does best.
Now we think, she sees an opportunity to beg again. Hopefully this time
around no one absolutely gives her even a panny, since she support frauds!!

You sorry piece of shit! If the US had intervened in Rwanda, we probably
would have a million Rwandans alive today!
Its this attitude of let Africans find solutions to African problems that
has resulted in untold misery in the continent. Even
more advanced areas like Croatia had to contend with international
intervention. What, you afraid that your illigitimate government
is going to be overthrown? Africans have failed miserably in fixing their
own problems and have refused to learn from History.

Thanks Wams.
People of conscience do not have the luxury of politicking in face of
humanitarian disasters. Yesterday, I placed a call to Africa Action to register
my concern about the alleged "US-led" intervention. On what for what?
The program director, Brian, returned my call this morning and we had an
extensive and reasonable dialogue. First and foremost, Kenya's and Africa's
institutions should not be undermined when these same impositions are
non-starters elsewhere. For examples, no foreign led-determination could be
fed to Putin or Bush on his way to supreme court 2000. Neither was Yar'dua
asked to resign. Therefore, bloodshed cannot be used as the least common
intimidator and democratic wager.
I understand these boards are overwhelmed by vulgar, Internet hustlers
who cough and spew crass to engineer chaos. But what matters is the
possibilities on land - we would be coordinating with conscientious Kenyans to
focus on aid to the displaced and sensitize the fundamental need. Folding our
arms is not an option. Most certainly: PEACE will PREVAIL.
Keep increasing the peace.
