Ann,
I agree with you on the advice, the only problem with some of our people is
that they come up, raise people's morale, then descend to dine with the same
people they criticized, that is the problem. Look at Henry Banyenzaki,
everyone thought he was really for the country, but see what has happened?
And there are many such people so when we doubt the seriousness of some of
these critics, it is not without a basis. Suppose President Museveni
appoints Miria Matembe or Rwaboni Okwir as a minister or ambassador
tomorrow, will she/he decline the offer? I doubt it, all we shall hear are
statements such as, " I will fight from within," or " elders have advised me
to join," even if no consultation has been done.
I welcome Rwaboni, and I can support him but, he has to show the
difference,I still maintain a little doubtful mind as far as some of
politicians are concerned. Many of them have let us down; look at Aggrey
Awor, the man roasted Museveni, criticized him left and right but when he
was appointed minister, Museveni suddenly became a "saint," so where is the
truth? Oh, this reminds me of a book by Fr. Griffin, " Where is the Truth?"
that detailed human hypocrisy.
Ann, we are still on the same page.

I think guys we need to rally behind these kinds of figures who are willing
to stand up and make themselves counted in challenging the status quo for
the sake of our nation. They need our backing in all ways rather than
discouragement or pointers.

He will be silenced with brown envelopes, and it will not be the first time.
When did he come back from Harare?
