Bwesigye Don Binyina
This is the exact point that gets me confused on the reasoning of Ugandans.
A man walks into a jungle, he eats Amatungulu month after month, he sleeps
with snakes, he is chased as a thief, he gets shot at, but somehow he
manages to kill more people than the government and he gets to power. In the
process he does that when the population is supporting him. And he reaches
the other side to enjoy the fruits of his fighting and you state that he is
running the country as if he owns it. Bbu-huuuuu !!!!! Have you ever slept
in a jungle for years? Have you ever got shot at? That is the price of
owning a state. Uganda is his private property and he yes has every God damn
right to run it as he wants. If he want to screw it that is his right too.
If you hate the way he runs it buy it off him and run it better, and since
you cannot buy it off him move on with your pathetic lives.
Let me translate the last paragraph into the English language for Dr
Kayondo is going to demand that we do so. So for you and Dr Kayondo here is
the English version.
Countries belong to people not to leaders, but in all of us as 36 million
people we sit together and decide who among ourselves can lead us, and we
dont make that decision based on who runs faster let alone who is rich or
tallest, but we decide according to who has the best plan to lead us. It is
called a political policy. You bring it and sell it to us , you sell us the
vision you have of the current country and how you intend to lead it to
success. We look at the plan and if we like it we allow you to lead us and
our country, and that system is called a campaign and an election. The
reason we do it that way is because we remain with the ownership of the
country, and any time we see you running it badly we go back to the very
same system we select someone with a better plan. So we continue living our
lives and we keep on getting new leaders as they continue developing new
plans to present to us. Yoweri Museveni understands this strategy for he has
ever written that policy and tried to sell it to us and it was terrible that
we refused to buy it.
And that is the point a critical thinker turns around and questions the
intelligence of Ugandans that honestly refused to buy this mans policy in
Rwakitura yet allowed him to simply walk passed this system and just buy off
the state. We do not have a country for it was bought and paid by blood, and
you can sit on your little chair and cry all you want but the blood was paid
and the entire system was changed. You have no bargaining power for the
ownership title of Uganda today reads Yoweri Kaguta Museveni. And you have
not yet learnt a lesson from your last mistake for Samson Mande and Dr Kiiza
Besigye want to get a gun and buy it off Museveni and you are jumping in
your seat for now the title is going to read Dr Kiiza Kifeefe Besigye than
Museveni. Same path same crap. What you need is to go back to the old way,
own the country and only lend it to politicians to lead, for they have a
good policy. You can only reach that point by changing the Uganda deed to
reading Ugandans as the owners. How do you reach that point? Dont ask me
for I knew how complicated it is to remove a government from the jungle and
you called a Munubbi and a UPC supporter for you chose your path with a man
from the jungle. I left the country for I knew of nothing good that ever
come out of a jungle and you remained for the fundamental change. Now sit
and enjoy and if you want to change it, just try and see how fast your head
will be blown off.
Canadians this is the only day we are allowed to officially get drunk. Enjoy
the Saint Patrick day. Get seriously drunk !!!!!!

Museveni/add Bunyoro's 700 Pound Sterling Queen gave Banyoro
Uganda's major problem and failings start and end with the office of the
president which has replaced all institutions of governance, from the
Central Reserve Bank to all other government institutions. Its time we held
him personally liable because the Constitution says we can. Parliament is
the best institution to do this for the good of Ugandans and Country. The
man is running Uganda like personal property.

yowana nyamutale, l think the money was meant for a land fund to
enable bibanja holders to buy themselves off from mailo owners and
Kibaale was supposed to be a pilot project, which will eventually be
national covering the whole of Buganda, Busoga, Ankole, Bunyoro,
Tooro, Bugisu and some other areas where there is a dual ownership of
a land owner and a tenant.
This should be done in a way that it does not encourage land
fragmantation. In some areas, Mailo owners should benefit from the
fund to pay off bibanja holders.
