The way Movementists have abused our country, the way they have stolen
everything into it, the way they have driven it 100 years back, for anyone
to ask for a break for them is a direct insult to all Ugandans. No let me
put it this way. Considering the manner they have ran our country for the
last thirty years, one wonders what why they exactly have to discuss in the
forum.

Peter,
It's amusing to me how my appeal 'not to give the Kutesa's a hard time' has
led you into some fable about how I'm being paid by supposedly NRMs. It just
shows that you folks seem to continue to have problems with simple words.
Here, let me help you: Some people contribute more than others on this
forum, some are in circumstances that might be beyond their control that
prevent them from contributing as much as others, some need to be encouraged
to contribute because of their positions in a dictatorial government and
some are just scared of how others will respond when they contribute. This
isn't a competition.
So, a moderator, i need to get my balance right to make sure that i keep all
these categories of people useful to one another, thus, statements such as '
please don't give them a hard time'.
In any society, If you want to debase people who are defined by ideas,
destroy the ideas. If you want to debase people defined by fear of the
reaction of others, remove that fear with simple statements as the one i
made while welcoming Sam Kutesa and others. If you want to bring down a
society that is sustained by its history, perform a ''historectomy''.
I'm fine with the slim possibility that you may disagree with me again about
my explanation but you were wrong to accuse me of being on the payroll of
Sam Kutesa or NRM. These guys don't know me at all. How could they risk
their money on someone they don't know. In any case, why should they spend
money on me, anyways.
It's just a scandal that our society hasn't solved this problem of paranoia
and lack of trust amongst ourselves, but step one is recognizing that not
every Ugandans is corrupt. Is that so difficult for you to conceptualize? If
people don't want believe some of us,then they will have an easier time
making bullets than wasting time on forums like UAH.

Abbey Semuwemba,
I am disappointed by your request where you plead to members "not to give
them hard time when they contribute." You would have scored high if you
advised us to squeeze them hard.
Sam Kutesa has a lot to explain about the corruption that made him leave
office and you tell us to be soft on him?Did you receive a bit of that
money so that you want to protect Kutesa? We dialogue with Salim Saleh,
sometimes bitterly, we have discussed with Kale Kayihura and told him openly
how he has not done well in his duties and now you want us to be soft
however mediocre the contribution may be? My friend Abbey, you are a
joker,first class.
For starters, I take this opportunity to welcome Muhoozi from his course.
Welcome back. I wonder where he will go next. From Kyankwansi to Sandhurst,
to USA, to Israel and South Africa, within a short period of time in the
army.My question to you Col.Muhoozi is, " How are you able to attract the
attention of the directorate of military training to choose you always to go
for those courses? How are trainees selected, are there internal examinations
set to help in selecting suitable candidates for training" How do other
officers feel? I know of many graduates who joined NRN/UPDF in the late
1980s, but many of them are still junior officers (2nd Lt--Caps).
Muhoozi, before you left for South Africa, you were accused of killing some
Karamojong civils while you were in the region, will you go back there?
Please if you go back, don't kill people anyhow even if they are naked, don't
kill them.
You must be a very good soldier to merit training every other day. I am
proud that Uganda has such a brilliant soldier!
Comrade Abbey, did I read you well?
