I do not think the issue here is about Mwami Abbey Ssemuwemba getting paid,
I think it is about getting frustrated that we have actually failed to get
out of the Movement net. Uganda politics and The Movement are so intertwined
that we need to start taking a second look at how we can move the country
forward. And let me be very slow here.

The movement was created by many of these people, including Sam Kutesa the
Sara Kagingos and what have you, then there were kids that were pulled into
it, that included the Muhozi the Ssemuwembas the what have you. But there
were some flies that drop on every dead fish to feed for free, like Richard
Mukasa the Israel Kintus the Ssenyonjos the Ssenkindus. Those are on a dead
fish only licking out the juice of the Kingdom, rotten and smelly as it is.
They all stand up and fight political party’s for under them they all know
they can never get elected. When elections are held in Uganda they are held
under one burner, the movement. When UPC comes and demands Uganda courts to
allow political parties to run, they all pull out and register with
different organizations. They join UPC they join DP they join FDC, but they
are all from a single truck The Movement. Then they stand in the political
party’s they are hiding under, and preach how terrible Museveni is, now
realize that Museveni is the father of the movement. They reach to the rest
of their collections in other parties and demand a coalition. They threaten
that no one will ever remove Museveni from power unless we all file one
candidate. Read carefully. Coalitions are good and are done in every country
with weak politics like UK, but those coalitions are done after election.
Never before. You can ever combine political party’s before the election for
when you do that, then you have to stand up and campaign on a platform of
UPC when you are an FDC member. It is all screwed backwards. But it is
possible for way back all of these people are actually Movementists.

When you read the above paragraph you realize what it is a duty of Abbey
Ssemuwemba to protect the Movementists when they come to the forum, you
realize that actually after 25 or so years of screwing up our country to its
bare knees, men like Sam Kutesa and Muhozi have even a right to be protected
in the forum. And why? For to Ssemuwemba as a Movementists, these men and a
woman must be protected for that is his job. Take a good look at the
discussion of replacing Museveni, who have you seen thrown into the debate?
This is a huge forum with over ten thousand people but the names thrown out
there to replace Museveni are all names of Movementists. The Movement is a
revolving door and we are stuck right into it, and we are revolving as it is
going. Now this is what must scare you, most Movementists are getting old,
don’t think that it is only Museveni getting old but so it Dr Kiiza Besigye
and so is Abbey Ssemuwemba. Then what?

Which brings me to the importation of these Uganda government people. And I
am going to stand up when asking this question, what is the real net value
in importing them into UAH? Tell me what have you learnt out of IGP Kale
Kayihura being a member in this forum? I decided to pick up on his thread
and for a very good reason, I love Policing, I grew up in a Policing family
so I have a little back ground in Policing to a point that one of my kids is
struggling to become a Police Officer in this city. But when you write to
Kayihura straight concerns he does not respond to them. Kayihura comes into
the forum to rightly push his agenda he does not give us feed backs on what
we have posted but he does not respond to straight questions, as he does not
come through with promises. He stated that he was going to energize the
office of Nabakooba and she is going to come back and be an active member of
the forum to respond to the concerns we have in the force. Then he turned
around and promoted her probably transferring her to a more busy office. We
have never heard from her again. And let me say this, Kayihura actually
might not be ignoring what we post, he might simply be too busy to respond,
but how does he find a time to respond when a Police Officer mistreat a
Ugandan and we raise complaints? To me that is using the forum to his
advantage and simply ignoring us for we are a waste of his valuable time. I
raised an issue of getting some one not busy to his level to respond to what
we post, for whether you want it or not but Police affects us on a daily
basis and when Police refuses to use a forum this large, I simply shake my
head.

There are Police Officers that are good in communicating, and we do not need
a high ranking officer but a Police Officer that can respond to the
questions and concerns we have. I would have planted one in UAH, and if EM
can manage to get a second to respond to this forum, honestly Uganda police
can find an officer that can get a 20 minutes a day to peruse through what
we write. And yet tomorrow morning after a Police Officer whacks a head of a
Ugandan, The IG himself will show up and defend the force. That I translate
it that he is reading and just not responding. And let me point this out
too. It is important for Uganda Police to communicate with Ugandans for it
is a lifelong establishment, we are going to be with this force whether the
Movement is in power or out of power.

Now with that back ground, why is the presence of Sam Kutesa Muhozi and
Kagingo of any value? And in 2012 do we really need them? To what end?

Abbey Semuwemba,

I am disappointed by your request where you plead to members "not to give
them hard time when they contribute." You would have scored high if you
advised us to squeeze them hard.

Sam Kutesa has a lot to explain about the corruption that made him leave
office and you tell us to be soft on him?Did you receive a bit of that
money so that you want to protect Kutesa? We dialogue with Salim Saleh,
sometimes bitterly, we have discussed with Kale Kayihura and told him openly
how he has not done well in his duties and now you want us to be soft
however mediocre the contribution may be? My friend Abbey, you are a
joker,first class.

For starters, I take this opportunity to welcome Muhoozi from his course.
Welcome back. I wonder where he will go next. From Kyankwansi to Sandhurst,
to USA, to Israel and South Africa, within a short period of time in the
army.My question to you Col.Muhoozi is, " How are you able to attract the
attention of the directorate of military training to choose you always to go
for those courses? How are trainees selected, are there internal examinations
set to help in selecting suitable candidates for training" How do other
officers feel? I know of many graduates who joined NRN/UPDF in the late
1980s, but many of them are still junior officers (2nd Lt--Caps).

Muhoozi, before you left for South Africa, you were accused of killing some
Karamojong civils while you were in the region, will you go back there?
Please if you go back, don't kill people anyhow even if they are naked, don't
kill them.

You must be a very good soldier to merit training every other day. I am
proud that Uganda has such a brilliant soldier!

Comrade Abbey, did I read you well?
