This is not news at all, the medical system broke down in Uganda way long
ago for we posted this thing in late 80s early 90s only that Ugandans were
not caring to read. If you took a close look in villages even in Buganda its
self, there happened to be so many local basawo, for we who are out of
Uganda have been sending this crap to be used by our relatives to treat the
people on villages. Omusujja kukuluma genda ewa Mukyaala Mutyaaba akuwe
akayiso, these people were using even un disposable needles by boiling them
on a stove or Sigiri. Let me say this too, the reason why Uganda has very
few Veterinary officers is because many of them started to treat human
beings than cows and it pays better. The day you will understand this
tragedy will be when Uganda gets an epidemic for no one knows whose body
uses what medication. To those in Uganda talk to Dr Nakanyike I told her
that we will reach that tragedy with time in 1988/9 in a Toronto elevator.
And she laughed me off for Museveni has come to change the Obote nonsense in
Uganda. Good luck !!!!!!
