Uganda’s problem is not Museveni it Is the people and when Museveni leaves
office you will still have these very same people to deal with.

By Vision Reporter

The Police has recovered a car stolen from Nairobi at the home of former
Tororo municipality mayor Jack Ogola.

Police cordoned off the home of Ogola, and recovered the silver Lexus that
had been parked behind his compound in Kwapa, Tororo.

Robert Katuramu, the Tororo district Police commander, said the vehicle,
registration number KBN 865B, was tracked using a security system installed
in the vehicle.

The operation was done in conjunction with Interpol, the international
policing body.
Katuramu said the car was found parked in Ogola’s compound near a Mercedes
Benz belonging to his son, Michael Ogola.

Katuramu added that at the time of recovering the vehicle, it had a fake
number plate, UAJ 916P, although its original registration number was still
engraved on the windscreens and side mirrors. So far two suspects, Charles
Mungao and Emmanuel Swaga, have been arrested whereas others are still on
the run.

He said the two suspects were arrested while riding a motorcycle towards
Ogola’s gate where the vehicle had been parked.

They are said to have tried to escape after noticing the policemen deployed
around the home.
