Kale Kayihura If the investigations are still going on that is fair, and we have to give that team a time to investigate exactly what happened on that fate full day. What is troubling me though is that when you state that you put together a team to investigate, it means that even you the Chief does not know what happened, so you are waiting on the reports of these investigators to know exactly what happened. Why then did you turn around and arrest the people to start with? I thought that you investigate, you get the facts and then arrest those found responsible for the failure. These people have been arrested now for months and the moment you have arrested them you cannot turn around and claim that you are investigating, no you are holding them as you go on a shopping spree of facts.
I have already appealed to your good office to release these individual, I fail to get the good that comes out of their illegal detention.
