But I beg that you go further with that truth, it is imperative that you
mention that this is what makes Museveni to be in power. Well let us
critique these appointments, and I am not going to go with WBK’s
discriminatory for he has attacked it, but I will go with this, all these
appointments stupid as they look they come with money. Money from the funds
Museveni is borrowing today to be paid by Ugandans when he is dead. And
Ugandans are so naïve to see that so they wallop to get the crumbs off
Museveni’s table. Ssabassajja gets a check and he smiles wide. Suleiman
Kigundu gets rich and Ssemuwemba fears to go after the Movement for when he
goes after it, the government has already been very nice to the Moslems. Ki
Luts hides his name from the forum for if he ever gets known that he is anti
Museveni he will have a problem flying into Uganda and his investments will
have a problem. We have a one Ssenkindu in Stockholm he simply abandoned the
forum for he needs the Museveni protection if he is in Uganda.

Let me repeat myself, Oyite Ojoke managed to remove Amin from power not for
he had many guns but he cut Amin off and there was a clear line between
those in TZ and Amin, the boarder was closed the phones cut off and mail was
no longer going. Those are the people going after a government. These are
all pansies that eat from The Movement to a point that the way Ssemuwemba
now pleads for Mugisha Muntu, a very publicly known killer, one wonders if
he does not apologize off the forum to Mugisha Muntu in the dark of the
night when we go after him. Recognize that even WBK has started to plead for
Mugisha Muntu and he has started to call Ugandans names for they’re going
after Muntu. It is to line up our selves just in case Mugisha Muntu becomes
a president, so WBK has to put in a plan B by attacking those going after
Muntu.

Barigye the country is fucked up a very reason I burnt the Uganda passport
sir and it was nothing personal but given all we know today, when any man
woman child raises up to plead for Mugisha Muntu, Move on and forget Uganda.

Could those on the ground cross check about the 50 parish chiefs. Are they
coming from URA or what? Were those jobs advertised etc? Now think about it,
KCCA is paying them 3.4 million, a lot more money that doctors make. And
Ugandans keep on complaining about poor health acre services. If Uganda
cares so much about health care how come it pays doctors and other health
care workers peanuts? KCCA is another kulembeka for NRM period. They
inflate salaries and they send a cut to NRM.

It is discriminatory to have different pay scales for arts and science
teachers. All teachers are teachers and their union should be taking up the
issue. BTW, how come the teacher’s union in Uganda has not learned from
their counterparts in Kenya? They better do so and do so quickly. Teachers
in Kenya are powerful thanks to their unions.

Also what is going on with subjects? Does it now mean that all students
will have to take the 8 courses chosen by the state? So choice is gone?

Allan,

Not a bad idea to go back to the roots; but you have to leave your Kisungu
abroad and be prepared to koroga kiluga (Rukiga/Runyarwanda) and no
lugesigezi, they will smash your head when murumba gets the better of their
heads, and you will walk in style after jiggers have taken their toll.

Good luck, I was just being kind to you by passing information about
employment opportunities, they call it networking.

Allan,

There are better opportunities home, why continue to suffer abroad? All you
need is to campaign for introduction of shifts in the work-place then: in
the morning you are a parish chief; afternoon shift you teak math/physics in
MUK, you package would be 3.4+ 1.7 = 5.4 million, minimum. Think about it
and stop dreaming, brother. As for me, any time I will go and help to build
the country. Look:

Kampala Capital City Authority (KCCA) has recruited 50 people to head city
parishes. Each person will earn sh3.4m and will report to the division town
clerk.

The ward administrators have now replaced the parish chiefs who used to
serve under the Kampala City Council, said an official from the human
resource directorate.

According to KCCA’s human resource department, 26 out of the 50 people have
started work. The chairman, KCCA audit and revenue committee, Apollo Mugume,
confirmed

their appointment. Among their targets is boosting local revenue and
sensitising masses on policies.

Science teachers in universities and post-primary institutions will start
getting their 30% salary increment next month, the Ministry of Public
Service has announced.

President Yoweri Museveni, in his State of the Nation Address, promised that
sh250b would be set aside to cater for teachers’ salary increments.

The Government this year increased the salaries of all the public servants
and soldiers in the 2012/2013 financial year, as part of efforts to improve
their welfare.

Primary school teachers got a 15% increment, while science teachers in
secondary schools
<http://www.newvision.co.ug/news/636608-science-teachers-30-raise-starts-nov
ember.html> and tertiary institutions got a 30% pay rise. Health workers
were allocated 10% while other public officers were given varying
percentages, which were in line with their salary scales.

Public service ministry spokesperson Jonas Tumwine explained that the delay
to effect the pay rise was due to insufficient information

teachers countrywide.
