Well in all our lives we have been told that the army in Uganda is brutal
for it is ran by Badokolo, abo aba Lango ne Abacholi. And this mantra became
the corner stone of building this fascist army in our country. Museveni and
Besigye built a government in Uganda to be structured on a single prognosis,
Ugandas problem is north Vs. South. ChakamuChaka was introduced in Uganda
again by Kiiza Besigye and Museveni to make a gun accessible by Southerners.
There is a term actually used by NRM that my friend Gook can kindly remind
me. And yet all this has been done, Oyite Ojoke is no longer commanding the
army, most officers in the army are Baganda and Southerners, Commander land
force a Muganda. Why is the armed force of Uganda today a fascist army? And
one can opine that actually the violence we had in past armies was caused by
the few Baganda and Southerners we had in the force, for one wonders why
there was violence in Luwero violence in Mukono when Nkwanga was there with
the Richard Mukasas as they were stealing chickens and raping little kids,
there was violence in Northern and eastern Uganda to a point of Mukula
furnace and in all these instances these things were done by an army of
mainly Baganda and Westerners. These violences are going on, and one
wonders why General Katumba as a true Muganda man has never stood up and
condemned them. Never. Would Oyite Ojoke keep quite when such violence is
happening?
We have some very serious issues to deal with man.
