trekking from TZ on full screens with baggages on their heads and babies on
backs. Were The Tutsis worried about the babies or the women? You attacked
them and killed all of them and you do not even know their number let alone
care. I repeat myself here, Ugandans Kenyans and Tanzanians stopped to eat
fish out of Lake Victoria for The Tutsis turned it into a massive grave to
bury The Hutus. Now let us go to your story based solely on stupidity. Let
as agree that they were reorganizing from Tanzania, was their fate to be
killed and packed into Lake Victoria? Let us say they were organizing from
Tanzania, doesnt it really bother you that all refugees that ran out of
Rwanda were killed that we do not have a single one that survived? Were all
of them anti Kagame and anti-Tutsis? I get very worried for you have been
all along alive as Rwandese for a good man called AMO cared about you and
saved you on many times, but he is dead and the world is looking at you, for
if change comes to Rwanda today, one wonders where a Tutsi will hide, for
you have screwed up Uganda you have screwed up Democratic republic of Congo
you have screwed up Tanzania. You have screwed up Central African Republic.
You have screwed up Sudan. What is the exit plan of a Tutsi? And you have
trained The Hutus to hunt them out of diaspora to be sent back, they are
going to hunt you down too.

But Mulindwa, you need to know that after being toppled the remnants of the
Habyarimana regime started mobilising in Tz, Uganda and DRC for a comeback.
They were recruiting from refugee camps.
They even attacked through Northern Rwanda. That was the time when Nyamwasa
and Ntaganda were leading the RPF front against these genocidaires.
And what was FDLR's intentions? To launch another campaign of slaughter
against Tutsis.
So the FDLR thugs used civilians in refugee camps as shields. What did you
expect RPF to respond?
The Rwandan civilians, esp. Hutus killed in the post-1994 wars were victims
of plans by FDLR to carry out fresh offensives on the Rwandan territory.
That's how regimes are consolidated. Imagine what Hutu militias would have
done if they had a chance to step back on Rwandan territory!! Another
genocide. Just last year, FDLR struck inside Rwanda, killing three
civilians. They went ahead and killed a ranger in Virunda park. Early this
year, i traveled to eastern Congo. Mothers were running from their homes
over the terror caused by FDLR. These guys enjoy slaughtering people.
I have visited those camps in Congo and memorial sites in Rwanda. What
Hutus did was unforgivable.

Rwandese that had left Rwanda and ran to Tanzania? These were Rwandese that
ran after Habyarimana had died and Kagame was in power, they ran to

claimants out of their country. They were forced to leave Tanzania and go

Gentlemen, the most important thing is to ensure what happened in Rwanda in
1994 does not reoccur anywhere in the world.
And research has shown that the massacre of Rwandans in 1994 was a planned
scheme by the genocidal regime of Habyarimana.
If it was not for the RPF, the Hutus were determined to wipe out the Tutsis.
Habyarimana used to say that Rwanda was "too full" to accommodate Tutsi
refugees in foreign countries.

This is a sad story, and I have no doubt that it is true. The Rwandan people
suffered so much, and so needlessly.
But again I ask you the simple question: What Lessons have we learnt from
the genocide of 1994?
Just peek into the neigbouring DR Congo where it is estimated over 5 million
people have been massacred since 1994, or to Uganda where close to 500,000
people were massacred in northern and eastern regions of the country. And in
all of these massacres and genocide, Yoweri Museveni and Paul Kagame had a
hand and pivotal role.
People sympathise with and condemn what happened to Rwandan people, but I
personally think it is totally wrong for Rwanda Tutsi nationalists like
yourself to just keep reminding the world about what happened in Rwanda and
then to completely ignore what has happened in the Great Lakes region since.
This is very hypocritical of you.
