Contrary to what it appears, Buganda Kingdom is still the backbone of NRM.
By the way NRM is = M7.
As you can see, he does not wholly trust them hence his in-roads to the
north. The west is completely under CHECK by having very many in his
numerous security agencies but that is not a BIG problem.
