I think any Ugandan can work with in any Ugandan institution whether gov't
or not so long as he/she has the qualifications,skills and values to do the
job?
For these Baganda's to be discriminated on the basis of their tribe is an
offence and indeed this is against International charters.
Much as any Ugandan can live anywhere in Ugandan territory without
discrimination and so is the right to employment without being discriminated
by any one.
If I replace my hardworking Iteso maid with a munyori maid I would be
disriminating the Itesot maid, unless she is incompetent with her duties.
Where these Baganda PPU soldiers incompetent???
Most of Obote's body guards were Itesot and Not Langi's. I now realise how
Obote was a true Ugandan Nationalist than these guys killing our people and
discriminating us as far as sharing the nationaal cake is concerned.

Forumists, l think one of the "victims" was Maj. James Williams Kinobe, who
was in charge of Communications. But he was not bitter at all and justified
it that there was no way Aronda could trust people they had not been with
for a long time. He landed, became an MP in the 6th, and 7th parliament, a
minister in 8th parliament and now an ambassador.

It has been claimed by Ssemujju Nganda on CBS radio that following Aronda
Nyakaima's appointment as a state house Intelligence Officer years ago,
he-Aronda advised Museveni to reduce the number of Baganda escorts who were
in his PPU at the time.
Am indeed shocked that these guys-Aronda's hate baganda,otherwise why would
Aronda have made such a statement to Mu7 to if he likes Baganda??
Does this mean that we helped and supported these guys only for them to hate
us.....
