A judge in Michigan has just rejected the Detroit filling, she has defined
it as unconstitutional and she has instructed the Governor to ask the
Emergency Financial Manager to immediately withdraw the bankruptcy filing.
We are watching this issue very closely for this is the first time we have
seen a city this large in such a situation.
Note that is an appealable decision so we might be walking into a huge
court wrangling but for now there is no bankruptcy filing in Detroit.
