Okay is this posting written by Faruk Kirunda or by Robert Atuhairwe? Now
when that is clarified, he comes the question, I full understand what you
have stated that Hon Frank Tumwebaze is an achiever, can you kindly educate
me on what he has achieved in Uganda to today? Can you list what is in
Uganda that was not in Uganda before he came to the Uganda scene.

Let us start by getting me educated sir.

Hon. Frank Tumwebaze has risen through service structures to become MP and
cabinet minister. Many believe in him and he is an achiever.

The reason we are not on Ugandans at heart all the time is because here is
just talk and talk. Real work is on the ground. If there is nothing being
done on the ground, why do you you come here to say that nothing is being
done? It should be visible to everyone. We know who feeds Ugandans on
rhetoric but when challenged in actual terms resort to denying reality. Who
doesn't know governments are vessels of authority and responsibility? Even
toddlers know.

I advise those denying knowing who is in charge not to ask any question.
There is no sense in grilling somebody not charged with responsibility for
something.
